Out of the 28 students from the data set, only 20 of them partake in some form of physical exercise in a week.
With the health recommendation of 30 minutes per day, 8 students aren’t meeting these health recommendation with a further 8 that are under the recommended amount of time, while others go to the extreme, this can be seen in the bar chart below where we can see on average how many hours a day is spent on exercise between the 20 active students.

As seen in the Gannt chart bellow of the 20 active students, we can see some of their time use spent on other activities, from this we can see that the most active students tend to sleep and eat more and over all seem more motivated with increased time spend on education and work.

The tree map below goes into further detail as to what the 28 students spend their time on, with sleep coming first then study and paid work with sport being very minimal. We can surmise from this that most students aren’t meeting the health recommendations of 30 minutes per day with only 12 out of the 28 getting enough exercise.
